It's time again for ATRS members to submit nominations for Facility of the Year and Professional of the Year! Please review the criteria below, and if you know of a deserving nominee, please let us know! Application forms are available on the ATRS website at www.atrs.recreationtherapy.com. The winner from each category will be recognized during the Awards Ceremony at the Spring Conference, March 1-2.

PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
This award will be given to an ATRS member and Therapeutic Recreation professional who has at least three years experience in the field of TR, dedicates time, service and commitment to the advancement of the profession through at least two of the following
criteria:
1. Membership
2. Contribution to professional organization
3. Innovations in program & services in the field of TR
4. Networking with other professionals
5. Promotes the health and well being of consumers.

FACILITY OF THE YEAR
This award will be given to a facility that makes outstanding contributions to the field of TR by:
1. Having CTRS professional(s) on staff
2. Proving innovative programming
3. Supporting employees that are active in TR
4. Helping in the promotion of the purpose of TR.
